Return Policy

Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy 

Our products carry a 100% craftsmanship guarantee for two years. If an item becomes broken with normal use, or by no fault of your own, please email or contact us as soon as possible. 

  • We'll repair it for free
  • We'll cover the shipping costs
If, for some reason, we are unable to repair your item, you will have the option to:
- have it returned to you, without repair and without charge
OR
- receive a store credit for the original purchase price and we'll retain the broken item

       

      Money Back Guarantee for any item(s) that isn't shipped within 7 days after the specified time frame.

       

      Our Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges vary by product:

      In-Stock, Ready to Ship items

      If you're not satisfied with your purchase:

      • please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or send us an email. Please include your order number and the reason for the return
      • within 14 days of delivery, ship unworn, unused items back to us in their original sealed packaging or with original tags still attached
      • you will receive a full refund or store credit (your choice) for the purchase price of In-Stock & Ready to Ship items
      • refunds will be processed within 7 days after the item has been received by us
      • refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase

      Exceptions (these items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange): 

      • clearance items
      • items that are used, broken or damaged due to abuse or neglect
      • open packages of intimate items, such as earrings, head wear, and hair accessories, etc.

      Made to Order Items

      If you're not satisfied with your purchase:

      • please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or send us an email. Please include your order number and the reason for the return
      • within 14 days of delivery, ship unworn, unused items back to us in their original sealed packaging or with original tags still attached
      • you will receive a store credit for the full purchase price of Made to Order items
      • credits will be issued within 7 days after the item has been received by us

      Exceptions (these items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange): 

      • items that are used, broken or damaged due to abuse or neglect
      • open packages of intimate items, such as earrings, head wear, and hair accessories, etc.

      Custom Ordered Items

      Custom orders are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.  Each would be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, or send us an email
